It also depends how many orders you place. Had to wait 30minutes or more after ordering 5 ice creams. Almost always at least 20 minutes of wait during weekend evening.
I'd generally agree with Lee but will also say that I was there last Sunday around the time the sumo festival let out I guess and actually the wait doubled to about 45 minutes. I had nowhere to be so it was still worth it to me.
It varies on the time of day. But even with a line out the door it is never more than twenty minutes. Often much quicker. They move very fast.
