I would call as soon as you think about it. They are very helpful and will give you your timeframe and options.

Usually a couple of days. You can call ahead if you know what flavor or your type of cake you want. You can see the selections online. I've never had any trouble going in the same day if needed, but they'd probably prefer that I don't do that, hope that helps.
It depends on what you want. If it's a custom cake it will take a little longer. You should go in and talk to the baker. Their cakes are superb. They also have cakes in the case. Just know that these cakes are fresh and sell quickly, so you may want to order one.
