Chocolate Decadence is a Flourless cake. The best way to approach this is go to the word of mouth the bakery itself. For over 7 year's straight I order 3 🍰 Dec, Jan, Feb in between all whip cream frosting not into Bel air nor Walmart lipstick frosting that the taste & ?? Slither out of your intestines just sample their Xmas cookies believe me I cancelled a $$$$ bday for my son on the basis of what their 🍪 tasted like it has to look good & taste good & Freeport Bakery goes beyond that try a croissant it will literally shock your expectations & taste buds wondering what you have been eating before .The depth of buttery layers that go on &on. If that doesn't get u salvating Look up SUNSET Recipe Annual Cookbook pg 260/261 / year1996 that showcases the owner Walter Goetzeler mistake not mentioning his wife Marlene I guarantee u want the best expect the best then this is the place is for you plus their staff is the Best!!
My experience is that they do make gluten free but most need to be ordered in advance. They do have a fabulous gluten free chocolate cake.
