How do I make a complaint about rude behavior by a bus driver? I called down to the transit station & got hung up on by the operator. She was more interested in screening the call vs. fielding the complaint. Until I got upset- then just hung up.

Go to the website to file a formal complaint. From the homepage, scroll down to "" Support" and select "Feedback". Describe your experience in detail: route #, driver's name, etc.

Call Monday and ask to speak to a supervisor.
