What is cancellation policy? How many days or hours notice to get money back?

I believe it's 24 hours, but if it's an emergency they are extremely kind, so they might work something out. Angel is the General Manager and just a great person.

I did my cancellation within 24 hrs.I got all my refund back but that was because of the receptionist there.
