I think they can for little league, but you might want to ask SJ Parks and Rec to confirm.
Just not for adult leagues
We used these fields for youth baseball, farm and minor leagues. I don't know about adult baseball though.
Correct, the infields are skinned with no mounds We have portable mounds for use. Base lengths are pegged at 60, 65, and 70. We have been hosting Evergreen Little League this season with great success.
They don't have mounds and the bases aren't 90ft apart but aside from that I don't see why not.
