Santos is right about u t the wheelchair access. As long as you are in the immediate main part of the park 95% is paved except for the covered bridge, it's a wooded floor and ok for wheelchairs. The rest of the park is dirt and gravel pathways for hiking.
I have only ventured a little bit into the area and from what I see is that there is a paved road and paved walkway from the parking lot to restroom and the bridge. for a wheelchair. But as far as going into the rest of the area I am not sure. Where I trekked into it would not have been wheelchair accessible. I cannot comment as to whether there was handicap parking because I did not need one . There was plenty of parking when I went on a saturday morning around 9. I parked in the upper parking lot and that's where the walkway is towards the bridge. I cant remember if there was steps. Darn it.
