Why does that park give me goosebumps from head to toe when I pass through it on the bike path at night.

That park is haunted by a demon that I have seen for myself. This is no joke I confirmed it with 3 of my friends who all saw the same thing I did without telling them any details. In fact that whole area right there is packed with activity.!!!!!!!!!!!!!
