It should be open to park and tailgate about 3hrs before the game. Just get there earlier than that because the line to get in and park is long. Also make sure you purchase a parking pass before hand. Green Lot has awesome Tailgating shout out to Empire Row!
There are people that you can ask how to get to your seats and it is open before game time about 1hour before
