Are we supposed to pay for parking at this location? I saw a kiosk type thing as I was driving out but didn't see anyone else paying at it.

For coffee bean, you're allowed unlimited amount of time, that's if you're inside coffee bean. Just don't leave their lot to go somewhere outside the property.
