I moved in 9/2017 reported than and l did again in 1/2018. And again 4/2018. How long does it take to be removed ftom one county to another. And why is the other county is used as my permanent address. When l gave a copy of my current address 3 time and social is still using Stockton address when my rental contract say Fontana has is my permanent city. ?
