Got charged for parking despite having just seen a movie at the theater. I forgot to get my ticket validated in the theater (which just stamps a time and date on the back, no further verification), so I figured it was reasonable to just show the attendant my ticket. This was apparently not enough proof. Very scummy tactics. It's clear that it's not about providing free parking for theater patrons, because if that were true, my ticket should have been plenty of proof.

Do NOT park here for a 7pm Saturday visit. Our movie got out at 10pm, and we had to wait 45 MINUTES in a line up to the third floor to exit the parking deck! Be like other, better cities, and make exiting parking free and easy after 9pm.

The worst garage beyond the state. To get out of the Fifth, I advance one floor only 18 minutes. NEVER PARKING ACA. The payment machine does not work. And the elevator smells really bad. Total departure time 45 minutes.

Parked here for a show at Bob Hope, not too far. We've been sitting in line to get out for an hour+, and we're still on the 2nd floor... You have to pay the parking ticket at the fate and there's only one exit, so yea.... 0/10.
