You will have to contact the post office directly, if you can get through. If not, if you see a postal worker anywhere near your house, ask them who works the street you live on. They usually know the mailmen/women that are around there. Or, you can go directly into the main post office and wait in line, then ask at the front desk- for which you will probably get a vague answer, or an I don't know. Best bet= find a local mailman around your area and ask. They are generally more than willing to answer your questions.
