The people that work the counter at this location are completely incompetent. The one guy has been working there for a lot of years I think his name is Mike - is constantly giving wrong information and is a mass spreader of incompetence at this location. Not to mention packages sit at the pre-paid drop off bin for over 3 days without being touched or ever scanned until they reach the Boise distribution center despite being dropped of in Nampa days before. The employees here are completely lazy and do the absolute bare minimum.

Go file a complaint at your post office. They will do the research
I have had more problems with deliveries through the Nampa post office than I have has with USPS anywhere else in the U.S.

The times are different for each drop boxes and the times are usually posted on the box near the mail slot. The last pick up for the drop box by the post office is 6pm on weekdays.

I would not get a box at this location. We had one last year and mail was lost never to be seen again. We had several important packages sent to this box and never got them but were charged and told they were sent. Talked to the employees and all they said is sorry and could not do anything more however again they were very sorry.
The local post office on 2nd and 11th downtown should be able to help you.
