I always always look at my 2 go order from everyone. That way you know you received what you paid for. If it's not right it is much easier to have them remake it or go else where. I would call the manager at a slower time of day. Give him your receipt number and give them a chance to make it right. I order to go all the time at many locations and you just have to double check your order.

That's unfortinate. I just had dinner at that Chili's a few nights ago, while vacationing in Sacramento. The food was goid, but there was a long wait time, because it was packed.. I belueve due to ir being crowded your to go order got the short end of the stick. While this is not a good excuse for your meal, I feel that you should discuss this matter with management before you titally give up on Chili's.
