You advertise your open till 1 am on the Internet. Its Saturday we arrived at 8:15 pm the doors where locked you did not let us in. The hours posted on your door said you closed at 9 pm. Can you please explain your poor service?

It is a small business, give them a break

At sometime they lock the back door, but the front door is open. I don't know if that was what happened. That happened to me once, and found that out, but I think it was during the week. They are always very nice to me.
