It depends. If something is CARB compliant than it's California legal. Give Sinister a call. They have great customer service and will be able to give you the answers your looking for. But I will say from my experience, a lot of Sinister branded items are not CARB compliant.

You will have to call sinister diesel , for your vehicle, they have both C.A.R.B and off road air intake.
