No you just have to have it clean and be out the last day of the month and have them verify it was left clean
I called them directly to ask that same question but no one answered nor did they call me back. So I hope you got a better answer than I did...nt!
It is in the contract however they don't usually mind when you give notice. What will really stop you from getting the deposit back is not properly cleaning out the unit and they want it swept out so there's no debris
