I have a older 4 wheel camper and would like to put a couple kayaks on the Yakima roof racks. I would like to make sure that the camper roof rafters are strong enough to carry the weight approx 140 lbs total. Is that possible?

I know that Hallmark's manual lift system will lift up to 400 lbs of stuff on top of the roof. Hauling around weight versus lifting it up after it's on there may be a different story. I would definitely give 4 wheel camper a call and ask one of their reps directly, just to make sure.
