Call customer service
All of our local Verizon stores have surprisingly excellent service despite the fact that they don't often have more than a few employees available at a time. They can handle more than one customer at once if necessary. I've never experienced having to wait more than a minute or two to receive costumer service at this location. If you had a bad experience, it may have been an unusually busy day, or they could have been short of staff.
My experiences are great every time I go inside plus I have my go to person,if you have questions concerning there customer service you mit take it up with there mgr so they can correct there customer service
