I went into the Verizon Store on 10th in Lancaster on Father’s Day because I needed a new phone. Zeek was sitting down offered to help me. He said 13 pro would add $22 a month to my bill, 13 pro max would add $30 a month. I said I want the 13 Pro Max. While waiting to get things done I told him I ordered a wallet cover for my 13 Pro Max new phone. Received the wallet cover, to big. After lots of research found out Zeek decided to sell me a 13 Pro not the phone I want which was the 13 Pro Max, thanks Zeek for nothing.. Tried calling the store of course you get routed to Verizon Customer service grrr lady who answered I couldn’t understand, she texted me the store phone number which I called, was routed to Customer Service, grrrr why does Verizon have to play games and lie, be honest. Zeek at the Lancaster store why did you sell me the 13 Pro instead of the 13 Pro Max like I wanted??? Why didn’t I leave the Lancaster Verizon store with the 13 Pro Max…. Very upset and frustrated and disappointed with Zeek, Verizon Lancaster and Verizon Customer Service. No excuses which I’m sure I will receive.

We could not have asked for a better experience in the lancaster California store. Paul was great, he went above and beyond to make sure that we got the best deal possible. Please do yourself a favor and ask for Paul if you have to go to the store. You may have to wait a few more minutes, but it will be totally worth it.

Honestly the verizon on 10th west is the best one to buy chargers etc . Cause the warranty, they will replace place it for free
Can you pawn your Galaxy note 9. The question is kinda vague but I will try to make sense. If you are talking about pawning the phone at a Verizon store, the answer is no, but you can trade it in for a better phone. If you are talking about a pawn shop. The answer is yes also but you probably won't get top dollar for the phone. If you're just trying to make a quick buck, them go to Walmart. They have a koisk machine that scans and assess your phone. It will make you an offer and you go from there. One final thing. You're never going to get top dollar for the phone regardless of how good the phone looks.
Not sure if you can I would call Verizon for questions
Because he was probably being lazy reporting to corporate find out who the owner is of that store and report him to them to
