We are enforcing very strict COVID protocols for guests and staff. Including reservation requirement, one household allowed per table, contact tracing form for each party, extended tables to separate guests from servers, and besides many other things we sterilize everything the guest touches from entry to exit. As of my last two visits, COVID protocols have limited the Dutch Mill to 50% capacity, which means they are down to four tables. Reservations are currently required. A table separates guests from servers, enforcing social distancing. Upon seating, there is a contact tracing form for guests to fill out.
