Yes, Holiday Inn is about 20 minutes away. They have a shuttle at the Inn.

They have shuttle. And they may not let you check in before 3, but they will definitely let you drop your luggage off.

I believe they have a shuttle if not use Uber. Also you can check in early. I would call the hotel once you are about to leave and/or land.
