We arrived to find out that the air conditioning was broken. Staff said it had been down for three days. It would have been courteous to alert us so that we could find alternatives. They provided a fan, but it was an uncomfortable warm night. Hotel is aging and in need of renovations.

My son just graduated from Norwich University and we stayed here while in Burlington. It is very close to the airport after a long day of flying, that's a plus for me. There are a good amount of shops close by. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were a good size, and clean. I would stay again.

We have stayed here years prior and surprised at how poor the rooms have become. Such a great location with great staff but the rooms were just beat up and dirty. It’s supposed to be a non smoking hotel but I could smell weed and cigarettes all week. Hope the management updates and fixes the rooms. Very disappointed

Front desk staff was very nice. I had the worst day with a family in critical care at the hospital and just needed to breathe but wanted to close by. Didn't sleep much and work up early so was going to take a shower and get back to the hospital no hot water barely lukewarm. Called front desk they told me just to keep running it sometimes it take a while to heat up. It's been running 20 mins now still not hot and on top of it they never cleaned shower still has the previous guests used soap in the shower. Very sanitary! 🤦‍♀️Thanks for the hassle free nights stay Comfort Inn and Suites made me free so great after one of the hardest days of my life.
