I did a quick Google search and found several recipes for pastrami, both vegetarian and vegan. I also noticed that Yves makes a vegetarian salami. Perhaps they make other types of vegetarian lunch meats as well.
Not that I've heard of but there might be I would ask to see the label but I wouldn't be surprised if there is.
