🤷Its their policy they dont wanna give back the money. If its hair i understand though but you might want to call and speak to the manager and see if she says otherwise.
because products cannot be resold once they've left the store.. its illegal

The actual reason is - it a state law Wigs can not be returned because of health codes - that’s all - not greedy or anything else - it’s the law to protect you . So it’s best to try on before you leave -
