A classic set is $175. A volume set is $210. An ultimate volume set is $260. Fills depend on what type of set you have and how long it's been since you have had a fill or had a new set.

I wouldn't reccomend mascara. All other makeup is okay. Just make sure you get an oil free wash for removal. They sell one at the shop.
They sell a soap in store that helps keep them on longer. If you dont purchase it, Iwould avoid your eye area with any oils or soap.
