Ur best bet is to call them directly to ask. Vets also charge an office visit fee. So there will be, at least 1, additional charge. That being said. I just want to point out (& it may go unsaid) how extremely important it is for ur puppy to have, & complete, his puppy series of vaccines! He must be protected against viruses that can potentially be fatal. As far as the spay & or neuter, the CCSPCA has a low cost Spay & Neuter Clinic once a month. Just go to their website to get more info, or call them during their business hours.
