JC DPW & Parks Department doesn't have the manpower due to the pandemic ( according to them ) they can't find the students to work like they used to. Would recommend calling them or village offices and complain if you wish
I think right now they are only open the weekends. Also yesterday was many of the schools graduations ,so if any of the staff had a graduation to attend that may also be why they weren't open 🤔
