We won't be able to help you with your games directly as we do not buy or sell video games (we specialize in Board Games, Card Games, Roleplaying Games, and Tabletop War Games). You could, however, try reaching out to either Robot City Games in Binghamton or Sound Go Round in Vestal. I don't know for sure that they buy PC games, but I know that they buy console games. Pretty sure there's no cost involved, there is infact a board downstairs. However it would probably be a faux pas to not buy something while you're there, imo. Even if just a soda/booster pack/etc

Yes it's open and doing well. There is Dungeons and Dragons every Wednesday. Even a bring your own board game to play on Fri nights.

Not trains, but they have terrain flocking (grass, dirt, rocks...) But it is packaged towards tabletop gaming.
