Hi Scott! We manage the house for the owners via Tourism for Visit Atchison. We charge $100 per a person for an overnight, and $150 for up to 10 people to take a guided tour. We only offer self-guided tours during our haunted season (Saturday's in Sept. and Oct. for $10). The house is privately owned.
