you might want to take her to a vet and see if she might be need some ear medication to help clean out the wars.
Ear mites would generally be indicated by dirty looking blackish stuff in the folds inside her ear. Gently clean out with a Kleenex or cotton swab coated in vegetable or coconut oil. Do not go into her ear canal. Do not scrape at the residue-be very gentle. Repeat daily for a week or so
