If I could leave no stars I would. My husband went to get an inspection done and it failed which is whatever but they wanted to charge us for the failed inspection. My husband said he shouldn't have to pay for a failed inspection and then pay again the next time it gets a good inspection. The employee got loud with him and he got loud back and then the employee went and grabbed a pipe and physically threatened my husband with it and threw rocks and my husband's vehicle as he was pulling away. I will never recommend Monroe muffler to anyone and I will caution everyone I know to not go there.

Yes they do. These folks are great people here. They were very professional and they also pointed out to me that the previous shop K&K Auto who did my inspection failed my truck illegally. I'll only go to Monroe now.
