Mostly you can walk in; if you want to be sure a computer is available, it is good to call and make a reservation. From May 25- about June 22 our parking lot is torn up; park nearby and enter on the Virginia Street side (West side, near Kinney Drugs).
No, you don't have to make an appointment. They do take your name at the door and when you leave though.
