Not their level of repair. If you are desperate they might check antifreeze level and see if car is low. That's a common symptom with an easy fix and expensive consequence if it runs out.
You should call the auto repair dept. Directly and ask. I don't think they service car heaters. They do have a fairly new service to clean the film and oxidation from those cheap headlights they put on expensive cars. It really makes a difference when driving at night, you can see lots better- It isn't necessarily your eyes, you can see 2blocks ahead at night.
