Sometimes the Landmark Theater Box Office can assist with a reprint of the tickets, or you may have to contact the vendor that you got your tickets through for a reprint. Sometimes you can also change from printed tickets to mobile tickets through the ticket vendor.
You would have to probably get a hold of whoever you got your ticket from most likely if you might have to buy another one
