Me and my friends bring ours once a week. They have pup cups (whip cream) and water bowls outside on their patio for them.
I saw many ppl coming in with their dogs and no one said anything about it. But I m not sure if it has to be service animal

I agree with Cesar and add temperament though. A small, rambunctious dog would become a problem well before a large, meek one.
