They do accept manga, yes! They typically give you a receipt for the amount they'll pay and you can use it against a purchase (in-store credit) or you can cash it with the cashier, or both!

Like said above, they buy most books in good condition, and will pay cash or store credit. You won't get top dollar for them though because they are trying to resell them.
