Purchased a computer here with a bad battery, purchased extended warranty, had the computer less than 24 hrs and they charged me for a new warranty on the exchanged computer. Apparently it's my fault for not knowing they sell broken stuff. Will never do business with cash America again

These workers are racist! They told me, a young black man in my nurse uniform that I must give them my wallet to walk around the store so I won’t steal…the workers will follow you around even tho there is nothing small to steal, everything small is locked up. If you value your dollar and your community go somewhere else these people deserve to be ran out of town. I work in the medical field and save lives and because I’m black they made me feel like a criminal. It’s 2022 and these people are sad, still living in racial times…no diversity in the staff too…I wonder why??

The staff here are very professional went to all the other pawn shops with bad experiences. UNTIL I came here they are awesome and fair
