I don't know much about birthday meals here, but there's an app to earn rewards. If you use it often enough, it can feel like your birthday every time you redeem a reward.
Most places have a website you go to so you can sign up for birthday clubs
I'm not 100% sure they do a birthday meal, but i would tell you to download their mobile app. I know you earn rewards there for every dollar spent and when you make your first purchase on it you get a free shake.
