The worst and racist customer service. Some get service immediately and some, like me waiting more than an hour to just answer questions, no matter what service you have with Verizon. I do a business account with 6 lines but they doesn’t want give you attention.

If you want service without attitude don't go here. I'm guessing these employees work on commission since once I said no to extras (insurance/screen protector/ new charger etc) Evan was even less interested in helping us than he was from the start (and he wasn't that interested to start with). I needed new phones, to check on a corporate discount, and talk about ACP. First, he didn't listen to what I what I needed regarding ACP, then he told me I needed to "stop buying the cheap stuff", then treated me as second class because I said no to insurance (yes, Evan, I understand it includes more than just insurance). He was completely uninterested in helping set up my new phones. Put them in a bag and handed it to me. When I asked about setup he told me there were instructions, didn't tell me where, just that there were. Later, while trying to set up phones and running into problems, I headed to a different Verizon location for help. Yeah, won't be returning.

Waited for 20mins to be told they don't have the item in stock nor can they direct us where to find it. We bought it from Verizon store. I dont get the lack of customer services these days. Makes me want to keep my service with ATT.

It depends how long it's on the same screen installing the security update. At times, it may take quite a while. If it's been more than a couple hours, something might be wrong. You need to make sure you have good wifi connection too
