Do you possibly have a some-what private dinning room/area that seats 25 or so, and, if so, what would be the charge to have a Birthday Party in this room or area if the food is purchased there, (All except the cake)?

There is a private event space adjacent to the bar area. You'll have to inquire about booking rates

It is more of a open concept restaurant,so not very private.for the rest of your question I would contact the restaurant.
