Hi, this is Dr. Mitchell. I am accepting new patients. I'm in the office Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 7AM to 1PM, and new patients are seen either at 7AM or 8AM. The first appointment takes about 2 hours and costs $60 which includes a in-office test dose of the medication and, if everything if okay, a one week prescription of medication which you can fill at any pharmacy you choose (I do not sell medication). You come back when you want (no forced follow-ups), and follow-up appointments cost $50. Insurance is not required. See my website for full details (trafn.com) or call me at 786-262-5750. My phone is on from 10AM to 4PM 7 days/week. If I don't answer, leave a message and I'll call you right back. Good luck in your recovery efforts.
