Hmmm not sure what you're asking, but there is no fee to enter. Dogs are supposed to be leashed until you go in the park, but many including mine aren't, and I've never seen park enforcement at Penn Valley dog park. Swope Park dog park, I've been told my dog must be leashed entering and exiting the park or the next time i would be fined. I hope this helps.

As long as you and you dog are legal. Your dog has all shots is registered and on leash (no one really follows that)until you enter you should have no problem. The park is not often policed but sometimes you will encounter them.
Mark, I've had the pleasure of getting one of these $120 dollar tickets at PVP in the past. However, you could more including having your pet impounded. My advise to everyone is to always be aware of your situation prior to not following all pet rules in public.
