You can be as involved or background as you would like with Abundant Life. I had no prior experience with church. I started going with my family and when I felt more confident and was ready, the church made resources and information very available.
Just walk in, they have welcome desks there. Don't be afraid to ask questions.
There are many volunteers, who wear name lanyards, that are eager to help!
