It is just everyday mild cajun and creole. Try tschoupolous (sp?) In Lexington over in Meadowthorpe right off North Forbes Rd for more gourmet cajun and creole.
Good little fast food joint. Nice staff. Been a favorit of mine sice Tates Creek days.
Sometimes it's a little spicier than others. I'm a wuss so I don't like it too spicy anyway.
