First I call and place a delivery order , and the person takes my order and then about 30 minutes later he said it would be 25-30 minutes I called to get a update my order was never even in their system I was nice and just they retook my order , and then after my food gets here my cheesy bread is burnt, and they forgot my parmesan cheese , and my ranch cup. total disappointment. after one messs up they can’t even make sure they got everything for a customers order

Ordered a pizza from here and the order was wrong. The manager promised a free (same size one topping pizza) next visit. We called today to redeem our free pizza, ordered it pan crust half pepperoni half cheese (half the family doesn’t eat pork never has never will) Go to pick it up and it was a SMALL hand tossed pepperoni pizza. I went back in to get the situation corrected and the manager began to raise his voice saying I didn’t order that. As I stated before, my family doesn’t eat pork. I know what I ordered. Horrible customer service. Couldn’t get the pizza right if they depended on it. And get mad when you try to get order right. After about 8 minutes of waiting for my NEW pizza, he asked for the old pizza back. Not to mention, the took the pizza back and put it on the shelf to resell during corona ETC.
