No they resell Hotel mattresses all in top notch shape. I have bought 4 beds (mattress and box) from them over 5 years and have yet to have an issue. Plus the also have the mattress pillow topped or u can purchase ur needed size removable pillow top for a VERY great price. Yes they do have a delivery service available.
Yes they do deliver last time i check it was hotel use mattresses which are comfort but you can call and see if they have new ones
