Horrible return policy. For a store that sells bridesmaids and wedding dresses, you’d expect them to have a better return policy than 30 days. I will not be shopping here again. Horrible experience.

The doors were locked when we came for our appointment and the workers seemed disheveled. Everything seemed rushed and it took away from the experience. Ultimately, my friend went from a $1600 dress that she LOVED to a $100 dress on clearance; whomever helped her do a 'search' for her size accrued the extra star! It is what it is

I went with my family to pick out a dress for my soon to be sister in law. We had a lovely experience! What a beautiful store! Our stylist Jacks(sp?) did a fabulous job working with the bride. She listened and knew what the bride to be was interested in & liked. I would recommend her. Thank you BHLDN!
