I bought a shirt at the Skokie store and need to exchange it for a larger size. Do I need to return to the store and exchange it or can I somehow do it though the mail?

Chuck's right. Call the store see if they have the larger size 1st. Even if they don't have it, Its just seems easier to return it
there. You can always see if they have what you need on the web in case they don't.
